PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the coal mining and trading; multimedia; forestry; infrastructure; power and steam generation; technology; and fertilizer and chemical trading businesses in Indonesia, China, India, Japan, Korea, the Netherlands, Europe, rest of Southeast Asia, and internationally. It operates through Supply of Steam and Electricity; Fertilizer and Chemicals Trading; Rent; and Coal Mining and Trading segments. The company owns mining concessions in South Sumatra, Jambi, Central Kalimantan, and South Kalimantan; mines and trades in thermal and metallurgical coal; and operates 4 captive power plants in Tangerang, Serang, and Karawang with a total capacity of approximately 300 megawatts. It also provides research and development, pulp and wood chip mill, trading, medical, and hosting services; invests in renewable energy projects; and generates geothermal power. Further, it offers pay TV, internet, management consultancy, information and communication, venture capital, and scientific research and technology services; and power generation supportive services, as well as develops mine mouth power plants. PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk was incorporated in 1996 and is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The company operates as a subsidiary of PT Sinar Mas Tunggal.
