Its equity trading division provides equity sales services in the primary market; and serves equity brokerage services in the secondary market to retail and institutional clients. The company's fixed-income trading division offers selling and transaction services in the primary and secondary market for retail government securities and corporate bonds, as well as develops an online bond trading system for retail clients. Its investment banking division provides bonds and equity underwriting services, as well as financial advisory services comprising merger and acquisition, privatization and divestment, tender offer, pre-IPO financing and advisory, right issue, business valuation, and assets disposals; and operates as an arranger of securities. The company also provides equity, balanced, fixed income, and money market funds, as well as acts as mutual funds selling agent. In addition, it offers online investment services; transaction financing services, such as margin facility and repurchase agreement; and Trima+, a platform to buy and sell stocks, mutual funds, and bonds. It also serves insurance companies, fund managers, pension funds, banks, financial institutions, corporate clients, and other distribution partners. The company was formerly known as PT Trimegah Securities Tbk and changed its name to PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk in July 2016. PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk was founded in 1990 and is headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia.
